About The Deal

In the surrounds of a Grade II-listed building with period features and modern accents, guests in pairs can tuck into this six-course tasting menu. Drawing inspiration from British and continental cuisine, it’ll begin with gazpacho and honey ice cream, followed by roast langoustine with prawn tortellini. Next to be served will be slow-cooked duck egg with girolles, roast cod with peas and cockle tartare sauce, and Lakeland lamb with courgettes and rosemary. The dining experience will come to a sweet finish with poached peach, pistachio and Muscat. Customers should note that menu items are subject to change.

Nestled in the centre of Westminster, the three AA Rosette-awarded Roux at Parliament Square serves contemporary European cuisine in an elegant interior. Developed by Michel Roux Jr and head chef Steve Groves, the restaurant specialises in classic British and French dishes cooked with modern techniques, seasonal produce, and presented in stylish form.

The dining room boasts a mix of period features and modern furnishings, all set in a Georgian Grade II listed building designed by Alfred Waterhouse, the architect of the Natural History Museum. The two-floor venue also features the Roux at The Pembury bar, providing a sophisticated setting for guests to sip drinks with friends.
